Drive with intention
A supervising adult starts every session. With permission, the app records time, distance, route, and speed until you tap Stop, and asks if you are still driving when the car sits still too long.
Built for parents of permit drivers
A calm, private companion for parents and guardians on the road from your teen's learner's permit to license readiness, with progress, sign study, and parent-ready records.

Everything you need. Nothing following you.
A supervising adult starts every session. With permission, the app records time, distance, route, and speed until you tap Stop, and asks if you are still driving when the car sits still too long.
Track your state's supervised and night hours, permit-hold timing, mileage, and license-readiness milestones in one place. Available for Georgia, Delaware, Florida, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Replay each route colored by speed, check speed summaries and rough moments, then add the supervising adult's name and per-drive sign-off.
Your teen can browse 53 real road signs and practice with a focused 15-question identify-the-sign quiz.
Export a private backup or share a polished PDF progress report for family records and parent attestation support.
On iPhone: iCloud backup, so every logged hour survives a lost or replaced phone; every family phone, to log and sign off drives from as many phones as you like; and every driver in the family, each teen with their own log, progress, and report. Plus a note when family logs a drive or reaches a milestone (after the drive, never during it), and a family report with every driver in one PDF. Shared through Apple Family Sharing; one purchase, no subscription. The speed map and smoothness coach are free on every drive. On Android, the app is free and works on one phone.

A record parents can understand
See total and night hours, permit timing, conditions, milestones, and recent practice at a glance. Every figure comes from the drives your family deliberately records.
Designed for the passenger seat
Every drive starts with an explicit tap and a seatbelt reminder. The app uses While Using location only. A drive keeps recording if the screen locks or you open Maps, with the location indicator (iPhone) or a recording notification (Android) showing, until you tap Stop. If the car sits still for 8 minutes it asks whether you are still driving, and ends the drive at 10. Without location, timer-only mode still logs the time.
Earn Your Keys is not a covert tracker, emergency service, official state licensing app, or substitute for a licensed adult's supervision.

Coming to iPhone and Android
Earn Your Keys is coming soon to iPhone and Android, free to start. On iPhone, the optional Family Pass adds iCloud backup, every family phone, and every teen. Have a question, or want early access?
